The Richmond location is not the greatest place. Once I had an appointment and drove there and the doctor had left for the day. The last nurse staying there said that he forgot about my appointment. Another time I scheduled my appointment for 5:30 and they called and said if I couldn't be there 30 minutes early I had to reschedule. I explained I arranged my work schedule to accommodate the original appointment time and that I really needed the appointment because of my pain but they said they couldn't stay and had to cancel my appointment. The person who called me was very rude and not empathetic at all.
Sloan Chiropractic Clinics has been Absolutely Amazing. Dr Haley Logan has been phenomenal in helping to get me feeling ? over the past 30 days. The receptionist were very friendly and I cannot forget Ms. Nikki who also aided in my workouts 3 days a week while helping to get my body ship shape. All around 5 stars for this practice.
What an amazing group of people. They take really great care of you for check in to check out. Calm inviting atmosphere , staff is very knowledgeable about treatment services and what to expect. Office is clean but most importantly they treat you like family. I usually never leave reviews but I felt like this one is well deserved.
