Sam was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. He was here for an inspection of our plumbing and fortunately for us, he caught a water heater leak that was starting to cause mold. He got the water heater removed and a new one installed on the same day and had a third party out within hours for a mold inspection. Great customer service!
