Tentatively giving a rating of 4 as we have been to their offices and dealt with one of their representatives. They began construction work in our home the second week of September 2023. I will update my experience and rating of the company after they have completed work.

Sermat checked off a huge list of projects that I needed to be completed in a 2-week span. They were able to quote, schedule and complete all of the work in a very short time. The workmanship was high quality from start to finish. Work we had done included decking and porch repairs, roofing and plumbing repairs, removing a section of wood flooring to repair rotted subflooring, then replacing the floors with a patch that was an almost exact match to floors that were 30 years old. Highly recommneded by our insurance company. Everyone I wokred with was very professional, always kept us up to date on the progress. Timely in getting the job completed! I would highly recommned them.
