Tried and called 4 times (to get estimated payment for Test). Asked for Bussines Office, operator transfered me, and every time (4X) my call was disconected!!! They just do not want customers to call and ask for price of their services.I spent over 1hr on the phone, and was not able to get an estimate for service they should provide.I could not rate them “0” (there is not option “0”), so under pressure I rate them “1”.Very sad…

I can only give them one star.I woke up during my surgery. Instead of removing the catheter while I was back under, the nurse ripped it out after I came to. Next to childbirth, it’s a horrible feeling. They wanted to release me that night and when I explained that if something happened with the surgery site (in a major artery), I would bleed out before I ever got care in the area I live. They coded everything wrong with insurance and now their lawyers are coming at me for over $20k.I had a stroke. Which required heart surgery to close the PFO I was told caused the stroke.
