James is clearly an expert with Sub-Zero and Wolf, went out of his way to get us back up and running the same day, did an excellent job of presenting information, and left me fully confident in their honesty & integrity. RVA repair was efficient and prompt in repairing my refrigerator. They arrived exactly on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Jason explained what he was doing to repair the fridge and how to be sure the problem did not occur again. Very professional and I would highly recommend RVA repair.

RVA repairs was friendly and professional from the second they picked up the phone (direct to a live person) to the minute they finished service on our wall oven and refrigerator. Their timeline for initial troubleshooting, getting the part, and making the repair all happened in less than half the time another repair service noted it would take just for the initial consult.
