    when I called to schedule an appointment the lady that answered the phone was rude. She was interrupting. She wouldn’t let me get a word in and she specifically said “we are a premium shop and you don’t sound like you would be a good match for us“ I was happy to spend money at this establishment but they wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say or give me an opportunity to speak. So they sound not be able to know if I was a good match. In fact I was completely aware of the fact that this was a premium shop… I even saw this place out specifically because of the premium status. Due to customer service I cannot recommend this location to anyone.

    Both the eye doctor and the owner were really lovely. They charged me $25 for an eyeglass measurement, which was an unnecessary charge given that I was re-ordering my existing glasses online as I explained. I didn’t care for that, but they were otherwise both really kind.

    Found frames for me in an emergency when my other ones broke, but the frames I bought were poor quality. The screws on both sides just fell out within a week (even after tightening them) and the entire thing fell apart in less than 6 months. I wouldn't come here again.
