10/2024- Four years later and we've been in our newly built home in Harper's Mill for 3 years now. Jason only hires the best most experienced hvac technicians. He is also one of the fairest when it comes to pricing. He is kind and honest, and takes time to explain things thoroughly. Our home furnace & hvac system were thoroughly inspected today. Highly recommend this company over any other. Please trust this review. You will not find better elsewhere!
There are a few companies with the same name so I wanted to make sure I had the right Richmond Heating & Air. This company is top notch! Reliable, courteous, respectful of my home and reasonably priced. They were able to fit me in at the last minute on an 80+ degree day. The tech Chris troubleshooted, explained the problem in terms I could understand, and repaired the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend!
The technician was very Professional and knowledgeable. Al did a great job explained everything to me therefore I understood all that he was doing. He showed me the problem and fixed it in record timing. I would recommend Richmond Air to any and everyone. Thanks Richmond Air!
