What an easy and enjoyable experience! This was my first time ever using a cleaning company and the lead CSR (I’m blanking on her name at the moment) was so kind and thorough as she explained the process, the pricing, and in general, how it all works (my options for future cleaning needs, etc.). Upon picking up my clothes the next day, a hand written thank you note by her was included - what an intentional, special thing to include in the overall experience! As a first time customer, I will be back.
I’ve been using them for almost 20 years. They continue to impress me every visit. I showed up today 25 minutes after they closed. The attendant saw me walking back to my car and came out and allowed me to pick up my order. Who does that anymore? The last time I got that level of service I was at Ukrop’s grocery store! Simply the best.
Friendliest workers I’ve ever met! Best dry cleaning experience I’ve ever had and it’s consistent every time I go. They have nice hangers for suites, not the thin metal ones, and they give you drop off bags for future dry cleaning.
