Right from jump, everybody who worked at ProSource was very friendly. I worked with Dave to select flooring. I had a good idea of what I wanted in quality and look, and Dave helped me select samples to take home. He did not try to up-sell me at any time. Once I selected my flooring, he ordered it right away. Dave was always very transparent and informative, keeping me up-to-date on the progress of the order. At the time of this review, my product is en route but has not yet arrived, but I expect I will be pleased with it when it does.

The service at ProSource is outstanding! The staff, especially Susan and Terry, were exceptionally helpful, including during the initial order and then a subsequent addition to the order, which involved their help in increasing my loan amount with Synchrony Bank.
