I visited ProSource yesterday in search of the vinyl to match a vinyl that must be replaced in my clients' home. Though 4 years old, the vinyl was in perfect condition but because of another issue, it has to come up. The ProSource staff searched 'hi and lo' for that vinyl; but, alas, it is discontinued. I really appreciate the friendly and courteous time and effort they spent trying to help me. I don't take NO for an answer easily but the folks at ProSource Richmond made it less painful - even suggested a similar pattern they had in stock. Thank you, Chuck and staff
