Rich is the epitome of someone who takes his craft seriously. Even with the pandemic and the safety concerns that it has created, Rich adjusted to the situation with ease. He utilizes all safety guidelines and treats his clients like family. When coming to ProGroom, you are going to get a combination of professionalism, care, laughs, and quality work from Rich. Rich will work with you; there was a time when I had a last minute trip come up out of the blue and I really needed a cut before the trip. Rich met me at my home within a couple of hours and I received the same level of what I have come to expect from Rich. I have no desire to go anywhere else for my grooming needs.BH

Rich richmond barbershop I recommend to anybody wanting a professional barber.Rich richmond shop very clean professional run.One of Rich barber good traits he's serious about the customer being happy while there and when they leave after there haircut.??????
