Everything from, start to finish, met or exceeded my expectations. Our salesman, Rhyne Seward was professional and covered everything we should expect and was so patient as I made several changes and assisted me in making the best selection for our home. The door installation was done with superb expertise and care. Did I mention that the door is GORGEOUS??? OMG! We love it and have received so many compliments. I met with 5 different companies and Pella was by far the best to work with. Sales person wasn't pushy or obnoxious and listened to our questions and respected our time. Lots of horror stories dealing with other window companies, but Pella was great to work with. We had 11 windows installed in our home and they were helpful to also address some additional issues with the frames/sills while also avoiding any pushy sales tactics. happy with the product and the experience.
