Very well run operation. Scheduling and confirmations handled well and seamlessly. The packing and moving crews (Moody, Cole, Mercer, Chris, James and Malik) were efficient, very careful with our goods, punctual, and just easy to work with.
Chris D, Malik, and Marquis did an amazing job, they moved everything with care and efficiency and were very kind. I will definitely be recommending to friends and reaching out for my next move.
On The Fly Moving Guys were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my move. Moody, Cole and Mercer came well equipped with tools, moving trucks and dollies, and were very considerate and thorough. Jessica kept me informed at every step of the way and even helped me adjust my destination to drop off a piece of my equipment for a friend in addition to the normal destination. Sadly this was preparation for an out-of-state relocation so I don't anticipate having to move again in Richmond, but if I ever had to I would definitely choose them again!
