If you have family here, please check on them. There was ants in her room, someone else's feces on the wall, medication and on the floor. A trash bag tied to the hose was used for a catheter bag. Food was terrible. I wouldn't give them 1 star if it was possible . The care here is basically non existent. This place and the way they cared for my sister is unacceptable, she was laying in her own feces. we had her removed from there yesterday. And I honestly lost sleep last night knowing I couldn't help other people there. this place needs shut down and investigated. if anyone else has had issues there please contact me.
Those who are able to embrace the opportunities for betterment and wellness at this clinic will certainly see positive change. I give special credit to the therapists, who are commited to the care of residents of all ages and conditons, but bring out the best in ways I can only describe as invauable. The nursing staff have helped my healing and would recommend future residents to take initiative to join in the social activities. Im surprised everytime at how healing just dancing and laughing during coffee and conversation can be. God bless.
