Nilsen Eye Care was founded in 1998, when Dr. Eric Nilsen traveled south from his home in upstate New York in search of warm weather and a friendly community where he could set up his practice. His wife, Dr. Alexandra Nilsen, came on board in 2000. From there, the practice continued to grow at a moderate pace, bringing on Dr. Craig Perry in 2004 and Dr. Anthony Stacy in 2016. We operate our family-friendly optometry office on North Courthouse Road in Chesterfield, Virginia, and serve members throughout the Greater Richmond area. Our core values include community, teamwork and constant improvement. Everyone on our staff works together seamlessly, and what binds us together is the belief that we are doing way more than just selling glasses!
