I have had chronic neck and back pain for years. After one visit with Isaac, I could turn my head more than I could for months! Not only was the massage effective, but Isaac showed me exercises and tips to help correct bad posture in a way that I could easily remember. After years of searching for a massage therapist that gets it and can fix it, I am so glad to have found Isaac and the MTC.
Isaac is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to address the pain and inflammation that I was feeling in my calves. He also taught me stretches and exercises for additional muscles just by looking solely at my posture. I would highly recommend seeing Isaac!
When my knees and leg muscles were in acute pain from cycling, I searched for someone with sports massage therapy training. So glad I found Isaac! He asked great questions, listened carefully, and knew exactly what to do to release the tension. Plus, he showed me exercises and ways of holding my body that will help going forward. Felt so much better when I left! Highly recommend.
