I needed an unusual and creative solution to a repair. They brainstormed with me and gave me multiple options and my shoes were ready within a week looking brand new. I would highly recommend this place! I needed one shoe fixed and it cost $50.

Oh my word! Not only did they replace the heels on my hiking boots superior to my expectations, but on the spur of the moment I asked if they could add taps to prevent them from wearing down again..But wait! Then I asked on the spur of the moment if they would put taps on the shoes I was wearing, too. They said yes to both!I almost cried I was so happy that they would do that unexpected word, on the spot. Thank God for Mitchem's Shoe Repair and their willingness to to a spur of the moment repair for me

Absolutely phenomenal boot restoration. They replaced the heel and half sole seamlessly with new materials that are better than the original. These boots had creases, scuffs, and were fading. Now they look great and I’m sure to get a few more years out of them.
