I would give them a 0 if I could. Everything was bad from them taking forever to "find out" how much my part would cost to taking their time to to "order" the part to scheduling a time to fix the a/c. Meanwhile my shop was blistering hot for 12 days while I spent thousands renting a portable a/c unit that didn't cool very much. Then to add insult to injury, they scheduled to arrive to fix it between 8:00-8:30 am, but when no one had arrived by 8:40, I called and they told me they were "running a little late" and the repair man had just left their office. As I write this, it is 9:00 am and they still are not here. Edit: He arrived at 9:16 with no apologies. Their office...read full review
