I have being going to Sonya for several years now, she does an amazing job listening to how things feel and your symptoms. Sonya always finds the root of the problem and works very smooth and efficently. The best part is getting the deep work while still feeling relaxed and refreshed with the aroma therapy she provides and the warm towels. Best of both worlds!

When I started having back pain from playing volleyball, my PT friend recommended getting weekly massages in addition to stretching and strength training. I was able to make an appointment with Sonya right away and my back felt noticeably better after just one session! She listened to my complaints and tailored the massage to address my needs. She offers package deals and I plan to go weekly until I can get my muscles relaxed and healthy again. As an added benefit, I also got the best night's sleep ever! Sonya has flexible hours and clearly enjoys helping people through massage. I'm so glad to be working with her!

Sonya at Massage Rx is wonderful. From the moment you walk in you feel at home and start relaxing. Sonya pays attention to your concerns and needs. She is a caring individual and it shows in her work. She is very detailed and knowledgeable of the anatomy. I have been for both deep tissue and relaxation, I always leave feeling amazing!!
