Managed Services Group is outstanding. They turned what we thought was a hopeless, damp basement into livable space. We worked with Tom Trenz and a team of prompt, professional contractors who knew what they were doing and helped us make important decisions. They are highly trustworthy. Trustworthiness is crucial when people are in your home every day. Below are before and after pictures. Our basement is completely dry, smells great, looks fabulous, and will be a good man-cave for the Mister. You cannot go wrong with this group. You know exactly what you are paying for and you know all of the options. They are very personable and they are perfectionists. They find their own mistakes. You don't have to do that.
