I'm sorry but I wouldn't give this place a one. I wrote the Better Business Bureau In reference to the owner Tia and she will not even respond to them. My next step is taking her to court. I want a total refund for my hair. I would not suggest going there as I went for consultations and stated I wanted human hair and I should of known when she tried to dye pieces to blonde as I requested they were a solid red. As she gave me synthetic hair versus human hair. She put so much weight to my thin pieces that I couldn't sleep for 4 nights. She does a terrible job, doesn’t listen to her customers’ requests, and then denies refunds!!! Buyer beware!!
