LL Flooring (Lumber Liquidators) Corporate Headquarters

We had 7mm LVP installed with a LIFETIME warranty. We have been trying to submit a warranty claim and have had ZERO success after multiple calls to customer support and emails that have been unanswered. Our floors were professionally installed and are in a low-traffic area. They should not be having these problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Whatever you do stay clear of using this company. I’ve put in a claim to fix my floor since July it is now September it’s still no resolve. When you call the claim representative that’s assigned to your account doesn’t return calls and please never ever use their contractors. I hate I purchased my floors from this company and used their contractors.

We had engineered hardwood installed June 2024. The subcontractors (Friends and Family) neglected to install the quiet walk, which was on the work order and we purchased. They were more interested in getting done and back home to Philadelphia Our floors are squeaking and creaking so badly and getting worse as time goes on.
We have constantly been in touch with LL Flooring and the subcontractors. Nothing has been done as yet. We are beyond frustrated and seeking legal action.
