Do NOT have them install your floors. If this national organization has a CX Manager or an Executive member that focuses at all on the CX - I invite you to please contact me before I fully expose my experience with your company on every platform possible. I've been fighting for a response/resolution for over 6 months now. Clearly customer satisfaction and/or just providing quality product with quality installation is NOT a priority for LL Flooring. Spend your hard earned money with a company that actually cares and provides customer service - because it is not here!

We purchased "lifetime , waterproof and scratch proof, flooring" for our residence and one of our rental properties. We were very adamant about nothing made in China. Because our contractractor picked up the flooring, we had no idea all the boxes were made in China until your installersArrived. The boxes had been stored in our downstairs. I sent pictures to 3 different people until "Jamie " was assigned to me. I emailed and called her to no avail. When I would ask for her supervisor, I would get a return call. I paid in full over 12K for vinyl flooring and installation. I had a situation to arise and was unable to have flooring done in the immediate future so I cancelled the order on February 12, 2024 and asked for my money be returned. When I requested this, the store employee told me the refund had to come from corporate and it would take 10 to 14 days before I would receive the check via mail. It has now been a month and no refund yet. I called after 14 days and was told the corporate office had sent an email stating they were delaying sending out checks for a week and the clerk said corporate didn't say the reason for the delay.
