Laura is the yoga instructor. She has infinite knowledge and experience. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish and devised a program accordingly. She always asked questions and is a wonderful listener.

Laura is an awesome yoga instructor! She begins each practice asking if there are any injuries or areas of specific concern. She modifies as needed and provides hands on support/correction if wanted. She challenges me, which has allowed me to gain confidence! I also really appreciate the way Laura prices her sessions. I would highly recommend! Laura is knowledgeable on the body and muscles and able to adapt to any skill level.

My husband and I took private classes with Laura and also invited some of our guests staying with us at our home in Lake Anna to join us at her studio. Great directions when moving into different poses as well as streamlining certain moves that I couldn’t do because of an injured toe and wrist. She made it possible for me to enjoy yoga even though I was dealing with some issues. Laura’s awesome!
