I've been to Lydia several times. She is very attentive and changes her approach based on what's bothering me/where she feels the need to focus. She's constantly checking to make sure pressure is right and affected areas are getting address properly. I would and have recommended her to family and close friends.

Lydia works magic. Tight muscles and limited range of motion are skillfully maneuvered into relaxation and more mobility. Lydia's skill makes an immediate difference on my body.
