After my old HVAC system died, HowardAire was recommended to service the unit. They explained the issues and the cost for repair. Since the unit was about 17 years old, I asked about the cost to replace instead. There was no hard sale or push to buy a new unit. Instead Marcus explained the options and left it up to me. I opted for a new install and I am glad I did. The install didn't take long and they even cleaned up behind themselves. The next day they sent a person to check the system and a few days later I received a call to make sure everything was still working well and if I had any questions. Now that's customer service at its best.
