It was a comfort to also have the on call team there to help with after hours issues with us living out of state, and really everyone was very responsive whenever we reached out. We appreciate the entire team for adjusting to our needs as things changed over time. I can say we can't imagine how we would have gotten through this period of time without the Richmond team.“
