Hertless heating and air conditioning is the best experience I have ever had with a company. I called the company about fixing my heat that would not turn on. They were very sympathetic to me as I am not a spring chicken anymore. The technician and co-owner of the company, Robert, arrived at my door early the next day. He was professionally dressed and reassured me that he was there to help me out. He assessed the system and was quick to let me know the problem. He had the parts on his service vehicle and told me the cost prior to completing the work. The price was very fair and he was able to repair my system. Went through home warranty company. Hertless responded promptly to make appointment. David (who I believe is one of the owners) diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He was professional and courteous. Very good experience working with them.
David came out to diagnose my AC problem after another company came out but didn't want to work on it. He figured out the problem within minutes and fixed it just as quick. He was friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have any issues with my AC/Heat, they will be the first company I call. I highly recommend them!
