Hertless heating and air conditioning is the best experience I have ever had with a company. I called the company about fixing my heat that would not turn on. They were very sympathetic to me as I am not a spring chicken anymore. The technician and co-owner of the company, Robert, arrived at my door early the next day. He was professionally dressed and reassured me that he was there to help me out. He assessed the system and was quick to let me know the problem. He had the parts on his service vehicle and told me the cost prior to completing the work. The price was very fair and he was able to repair my system. He checked out the entire system to ensure that there were no other issues that would affect the system in the future. He was very polite and reassured me that my heat was good to go for the winter months. His service visit was prompt and he took the time to explain the problem to me. I will always call Hertless Heating and Air Conditioning for my heating and ac needs. I highly recommend this company. Other companies could only tell me that they would try to get me scheduled the next week.
