Daniel and Andrew came out to my home this morning to clean my sofa and one upholstered chair as well as take two Oriental rugs in for cleaning. They were punctual and thorough - my furniture looks great and I know the rugs will also. I will have to say that Andrew went above and beyond his job description when he caught a rather large toad that hopped in while the door was open and let it go further out in the yard!!! ? I have used Hadeed/Mercer before, and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!

They communicate along the process of cleaning:: took photos of rug before and after. Called to say it was on its way to Richmond and to set up delivery of rug.Services: Pet stain & odor removal

i've been using Mercer rug cleaning service for about 30 years and I've always loved them unfortunately since they've been purchased their prices have skyrocketed. they really try to upsell you continuously on services that you do not want or need and they round up the size of your rug if it's an inch bigger than you say which really adds up in extra cost. They do good work and they're pretty much the only game in town just know that you will pay a lot and probably more than you're quoted initially
