I am extremely pleased with the service. Everything from start to finish was perfect. Every person that I had contact with, whether in person or by telephone was very professional and also very friendly and personable.
The rugs came back beautifully and looked like new even though they are 20 year old rugs. They came back with new pads which were thicker and softer than our previous pads.
They also cleaned our wall to wall carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and it looks better than ever before. I already referred my neighbors and daughter.
I had a great experience from beginning to end, intake to delivery. They cheerfully picked up two rugs from a storage unit and delivered to my house a few weeks later, clean and fresh, with new carpet pads. The price was extremely reasonable and deliverymen Sha and Corey were very helpful and careful in getting the rugs into place under furniture. Highly recommended!
The rug cleaning work done by Hadeed - Mercer was great, but the delivery men, James and Sha, were the best!! The rug looks like the original after several years of heavy traffic--human and canine. James and Sha were so very polite and offered to help me in any way they could by moving another rug and carrying it for me. I give Hadeed Mercer my highest recommended and commend James and Sha for outstanding service
