Great towing company and big thank you to lucky! The first towing company my insurance recommended refused to pick up my truck because they didn’t know how to properly tow it but not Lucky! He was super helpful and kind! A big blessing, thanks again.

After we were screwed by Portillo's Towing after waiting for a tow truck for 2.5 hours in the cold only to have it cancelled by a rude employee who kept hanging up the phone . All we asked was to give us an arrival estimate, Grab and Go came to the rescue!Service was very good. And the operators were friendly and very competent! Their call center checked in on us - we stopped worrying.It ended up being a long night (5.5 hours). But, once Grab and Go arrived, we were in good hands.We recommend them 100%!!!!

listen they did that I was 1hr away from home which is normally a 45 minute drive on a regular ol day from my way waynesboro/Staunton /Harrisonburg /grottoes area toward the mountains I had all 6 kids and out all 6 a newborn baby they helped me so much only if they knew I was ready cry the woman on there team omg she had so much patience I wasn't thinking and she was really helping me find my location and was so calm her voice made me feel everything was ok and she was going send help right away long story short a man ended up the driver he had great service he made sure everything was checked and assured me id make it on the spare I had I was just trying get back... read full review
