“Years ago, my parents’ marker was damaged by heavy equipment. Having tried multiple times to get an appropriate response, I tried once more. Katie listened to me and tried to get some action. She followed through and to my great surprise—-when I went to place Christmas flowers, my parents marker had been repaired and improved. This should have been done long ago under previous ownership. So, I thank Katie for her efforts and follow through.“

“I lost my husband to colon cancer on 2-16-2024, he was 35, way too young honestly! From the time we delt with the transport team all the way to the young lady who handed over his urn to me was nothing short than amazing! The transport team was nice, compassionate, gentle while moving my husband, and very understanding. Lindsey called me the next day I believe was her name and she was very professional but also very friendly and welcoming. I met with Tom and he was absolutely amazing, he listened to what I wanted, what my husband wanted and there was absolutely no pressure for me to do anything. He explained everything to me so I could understand exactly what was going to happen, how and why it was going to happen. On the day of identification, they did such a wonderful job of making my husband look like himself again. He looked so good, he was not too overdone, he looked peaceful and rested. The lady at the reception area was a doll too. Everyone is so soft spoken and very comforting to talk to. The building was clean, quiet, smelled great, the viewing room was the same. The death certificate was a fast turn around, and I got my husband back about 9 days after he was brought there. I honestly hate that I even have to review a funeral home BUT they were wonderful to work with. I'm so sorry for anybody who has lost someone they loved and are going through the same thing, just know there is light at the end of this dark, heartbreaking tunnel!Love & Light to you all“
