Everyone was very friendly, accommodating, patient (because I'm not tech savvy), and thorough in explaining things. Dr. C was very nice and caring about my options with my dental care. I trusted his judgment because he broke the Dentist language where a non dental person could understand. You all get ‼‼ (5 teeth instead of 5 stars lol) Thank you again, Renee

We moved from downtown Richmond to the Stratford Hills area and needed a new dentist. Have to admit, I stumbled upon KAC Dental by sheer accident from my insurance website provider locator but I'm glad I did. Even though I just needed a simple cleaning, KAC Dental fit me in THE NEXT DAY! Whaaaat?! I got an email reminder as well as a calendar invite, which is super important for me. If it's not on my calendar, it's not happening. The office is located right across from Huguenot High School and was so easy to find. The receptionist was really nice. Everyone was masked up with lots of hand sanitizer available. I loved, loved, loved the ipad intake forms. I'm fairly sure these might have been emailed to me for efficiency's sake but either way, it was super helpful to do and quickly. Dionte the dental hygienist was a dream. Probably one of the quickest and lightest touches when it comes to someone poking around in your mouth. She was really nice and made some great suggestions. Dr. C is lucky to have her. Dr. C was also pretty great with a good bedside manner. He was quick, efficient, kind and to the point. I can't say I ever enjoy going to the dentist but I did appreciate the efficient and easygoing nature of this practice that I made follow-up appointments for me and my husband before I left the building. Recommend!
