Took my daughter to get her septum pierced. She went in very shy and nervous, but came out feeling like a boss. Charlotte was the one that pierced her, and she couldn't have handled it better. There was no chit-chatting. It was all business (in a good way) and was over in less than a minute. She didn't give my daughter time to get worked up. She needed that. And when she saw the finished product in the mirror, she was ecstatic. Definitely seek out Charlotte at enigma.

Matt just did my tattoo and it was more emotional than I thought. My children’s father passed away and we have matching tattoos for our two children, except we had a third child. He passed before we could get another for her. He was so light handed and professional. He was quick but not rushed. Amazing experience! Will add photos soon

I just got a walk-in piercing here for the 2nd time, and the experience was just as good as the piercing they did for me in 2022. I always feel safe/welcome coming here, and the pricing is very fair and transparent. Thanks for the double nostril piercings! 10/10 recommend this location or any of the River City Tattoo & Piercing Co. locations.
