I have had multiple good experiences at Elegance Nail Spa, all 3 as a walk-in. I do think it is always best, if you find a technician you like, make an appointment with your preferred technician. But I have had great luck with whomever was available whe I was a walk-in.
Just had some time to kill. Grabbed a smoothie and walk-in nail set. I love them! Nee was so patient with me! I showed so many photos and ideas. In the end we went with her first suggestion. I've come here a handful of times for pedicures. Yesterday was my best experience, with Amy. She was attentive, friendly, and chatty throughout. I left feeling like I'd made a friend. She was non judgemental about my cuticle picking habit and somehow managed to make my hands look good. Her pedicure was thorough.
Cleanliness: It's been clean everytime I go. They were visibly cleaning yesterday while I was there.
