Our furnace went out right as the freezing weather hit, and Ryan was at my house first thing the next morning with a quote. He was so friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We’re in the middle of selling our house, and he went out of his way to make sure everything looked nice for showings. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy about upselling, if two quotes are close, I’ll always go with the one who doesn’t pressure me. His quote was very reasonable, and they were able to fit us in on Monday (the quote was given Thursday), while everyone else had a much longer wait. Because temperatures were dropping below freezing that weekend, he even stopped by my parents’ house, where we were staying, to drop off space heaters to help keep our pipes from freezing! I told him I can see why they have five stars. The install went just as smoothly, the crew showed up early and got everything done quickly. Highly recommend!
I must say, Mr William Walton performed an inspection and tune up of my AC/Heating unit via the service contract. It's been some time that I've seen and spoke to someone so motivated, so professional and so thorough. It's like my system was new again when he was done. From the exterior to the interior all debris was removed, everything washed down and a quick charge given. He's an asset and a professional. I look forward to seeing him at the next tune up.
