They were incredibly responsive when our upstairs HVAC went out and were quick on a response time. They arrived the next day to install the new unit and were timely and professional - they were even respectful of closing the door to the attic to prevent my cats from following them up.I will definitely be using them again and recommend them!Services: Heating system installation

If you ever need heating or a/c work in the RVA area, we highly recommend Design Air. They installed our units about 6 years ago and have done service and maintenance for us even before that and definitely since then. Within 2 1/2 hours of my call this morning the technician came, made the repair and is on his way.
