“I had them come and power wash and clean off gutters. September 11, 2024 Daniel and Nabin did an amazing job. My home really needed a washing. The gutters were a mess. Everything was sparkling when they finished. I had a lot of moss on the back of house they removed it all

I watched the installer - he measured, rechecked, checked the level multiple times, all to make sure the job was perfect. Don't get your tile work done by someone who does tile work, painting, power washing, and fine art appraisal. Get someone who just does tile work, full time. These people were the best. You won't be sorry.“

“Luciano and his team saved my family from impending disaster. We had a licensed general contractor do some home remodeling for us. They opened up 2 areas, one of which was an entire wall. We asked the former contractor if the wall was load bearing multiple times and they insured it was not. Long story short a few years later the ceiling began sagging, which they said would be the drywall settling-wrong! On top of that they never came back to address the cosmetic concerns I had with the sh*t paint job and butchered trimming/ framing. Well thankfully I found Luciano! After having other contractors come and quote us, he was the most prompt and knowledgeable. As weary as I was about the general contracting process given my experience, I chose him. He was transparent about his license, experience, insurance, and pricing. Luciano addressed every concern i had within two days. He reinforced the foundation and installed the proper support for the ceiling. Also their attention to detail is amazing even if they are fast, because they have over 20 years of experience in building homes. If you need to remodel or fix something in your home structure, he’s it!“

“OCC Group as general contractors are a great group. Our 1922 home was completely incomplete. Not a single room was finished - every room needed something done and not just paint and floor refinishing. Radiators needed new pipes, chimneys needed flashing, gas needed to be routed to the kitchen again. We had every light fixture done (original fixtures were moved to new rooms after re-wiring, new fixtures were installed where no original existed). New handrails (stair rails) had to be installed on the front and back porch stairs. And it was all done without constant back and forth and without our "supervision." Our vision of what our home would look like was made a reality by OCC. We can't thank them enough. Were there surprises? A few, but each and every time we were consulted and given our options or choices. There was never any pressure to do one thing over another. We made informed decisions (and I'm sure I asked enough questions!).“

First off the plans drawn up by Steve gave me a good idea of what to expect when the project was finished. Needless to say upon completion of the multilevel deck and the newly stone patio we were extremely satisfied we chose Add-A-Deck once again. The work crew made sure each day to pick up any trash, drink cans etc and not to leave even a cigarette butt on the ground. They have the best carpenters who take PRIDE in their work!!!!!
