Classic Construction recently completed a complete remodel of our exterior, including the roof, windows, siding, trim, and deck. We began meeting with Mike awhile ago to get an idea of how much our project would cost. After getting quotes from several other companies and a positive review of Classic from a neighbor, we selected them for the job and are so happy with the result. Mike was patient and communicative with us throughout the entire process as we selected each material and talked through how we could update our home with maintenance-free products, yet keep its original character. Classic Construction - run by Brian Holder - was start to finish a Godsend. We were completely screwed by a previous contractor mid-renovation. They had barely started framing and closed shop.Brian and his team were always our first choice but over a year ago they were booked so heavy that we were tempted with a quicker start date. Boy was that a regret.Fast forward and not only did Classic take on our job, they salvaged what was clearly not a well thought through original plan to still fulfill OUR vision of our dream renovation. We had Brian and his company screen in our back porch. What I like most about his approach was that it was not a simple job, it involved framing out new doors and installing columns. He took the time to explain prior, why he was doing, what we was doing. The work was fantastic, it looks as if it was part of the original build and not an add on, you could never tell it was done by a separate company that built the house.Quote was fair and Brian was on site multiple times to make sure the work was going as planned.
