Where to start...from the front desk staff to the providers, everyone is so friendly and kind. We love the fear-free environment, and the staff were so helpful and patient with our super anxious dog. It took five of us to get her blood drawn and we appreciated that the main objective was not to push her past her threshold. Despite the experience being overwhelming for our dog, the staff makes everything so much smoother and easier for us when we come in. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!
My review is for the rehab department. Kim and Virginia are angels!!! They are two of the kindest human beings you’ll ever meet and truly care about your pet and you. The utmost compassion for animals and compassion/empathy for those parents of us worried sick about our furrbabies. They have gone above and beyond to help me figure out some issues my dog is having post surgery and put together a plan on how to resolve his issues. They also have worked hand in hand with his surgeon at VVC- I mean honestly you can’t ask for better care. Outstanding. Best vet visit my kitty & I ever had. It was our first time & I am so grateful they were able to accommodate us. The entire staff is wonderful & I love their fear free policy. Zero judgement, surprisingly affordable, & super caring.. I can’t thank Carystreet Vet enough.
