Extremely disorganized and disappointing place. Seems like everyone avoids responsibility about EVERYTHING and they direct you towards the next person (who is usually unavailable) to figure it out, and it delays things by months.They charge you 400 to pay and chase after your a$$ day after day to pay, but when you need their help they never answer the phone. One of the worst establishments in Richmond.This place might be the best reason on why you shouldnt drive recklessly. They will wreck your nerves and treat you like *oop as you’re there and need their approval to go on with your life.Late phone calls. Never answer. Always late with documentation, as right now its been two weeks since ive finished everything and they havent updated anything with the DMV.Just horrible management.

Just read the other reviews. Every single negative review is absolutely correct. From them not answering phone calls, to nobody wanting to take any responsibility for anything. I have no idea why the state still supports this place considering how bad of a treatment they provide for everyone
