I have been waiting almost two months for them to just send off a Habitual offender paper that you also have pay for. The last step to get my license been done with Vasap for a year! Like just send it in already.

I am convinced that this place is part of God's punishment for my sin of driving while intoxicated. My PO either got fired or quit, nobody told me, and I'm now months past my date, all requirements completed, and I have no license and no information, not even the actual address for the office. If you are reading this, fellow Sinner, this place is your purgatory. Stay humble, stay grateful, and DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!!!!

Extremely disorganized and disappointing place. Seems like everyone avoids responsibility about EVERYTHING and they direct you towards the next person (who is usually unavailable) to figure it out, and it delays things by months.They charge you 400 to pay and chase after your a$$ day after day to pay, but when you need their help they never answer the phone. Case managers blame everything on other people, ALTHOUGH THEY ARE CASE MANAGERS.Everything is super slow and they use that to their advantage as you are in need for the service and they push you and drag you around as much as they want knowing you can’t do anything about it.I will never ever come back here, and...read full review
