My dad came home from the hospital sooner than we expected, and my sister and I were put in a very stressful position, where we needed help the next day. My neighbor had used BrightStar for her mom and urged me to give them a call. I could not have been more satisfied. Right from the first contact I had with them they were pleasant, accommodating, and professional to work with. In addition to coming out to meet with us first thing in the morning that next day, and beginning care later that day, the experience, during a very difficult and overwhelming time for us, could not have been better.
