My dog Nova sustained an injury while out and about and was in a lot of pain. Our regular vet did not have availability to see her, so I called here and they were able to get her seen within an hour and a half. The staff were helpful and showed Nova so much care and affection. Dr. Infantes was great about communicating his thoughts and desired approach, and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. They were upfront about costs, and I appreciated being able to have the required meds filled in-house instead of having to go to a pharmacy.
I have a rescue staffy who LOVES going to Boulevard Animal Hospital. Every time we go to the vet's, she thinks we're going to go hang out with her friends (especially Jenn and Jas, who are super sweet to her!!). From the moment we walk through the door, I feel like my dog is getting the best care and attention. We have been going to this practice since I first adopted Lily, which was about 2 years ago. We've seen Dr. Willis and Dr. Tisnado, both of whom are wonderful--very kind, patient, and thorough in their assessment, and they answer all my questions. Saved my cat when he was having unexpected urinary issues. Turned out he was genetically predisposed to having issues. They helped me, supported him, and guided me on how to heal him back to health.
