We have been coming here for the last four years with our Great Danes. We had a scare yesterday and not only did they get us in right away but I have never felt price gouged at this hospital. I truly can not thank Dr. Kline and everyone else at bon air. Yesterday we had the pleasure of meeting their newest dr Dr. sharp and he was fantastic and kind and quick.

We have been with BAAH ever since we adopted our rescue Susie (cheewee) from Henrico Humane Society in 2018. We have always been treated with utmost respect. The kindness and carve shown to Susie, who was rescued from a very sad place in our opinion, is/was incredible. Just recently, last week we had an emergency, and they were able to see and treat her at very short notice and close to their closing time. We only have good things to say about BAAH. You will never go wrong with your pets at BAAH.

Absolutely the VERY best vet center that we have ever been to. They are very knowledgeable, and thorough. Their prices are reasonable. The best thing about Bon Air is that they are compassionate, never hurry a decision from you and are considerate of your time as well. We have utilized many vets over the years, but for the last 12, or so, we have used Bon Air exclusively. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! VERY good vet hospital.​
