I had a great experience with the estimation process! Sharon was very prompt & responsive, and her questions were very informed, showed someone with lots of experience. I had a few "special needs" and they took longer to resolve and Sharon was in touch with me the whole time about status. Bold was flexible and understanding. In the end, due to those "special needs," I went in a different direction and I would contact Bold again for my next move.

Eli and Rodney were amazing! We had over 100 boxes and they fit the boxes like magicians. They spent a lot of time here and were extremely careful and nice. Such great people and so flexible. They moved stuff from NJ and it’s being delivered to Florida. Hats off to Rodney and Eli for being so easygoing and extremely efficient and lovely. Best of luck to them! Highly recommend

We just had our move from Gaithersburg, MD to Jersey City completed today by Bold Moving and Storage. It was an outstanding experience. Rodney and Eli did the entire move for us including packing, loading, delivery, unpacking and setting up. Both of them were so courteous, professional and friendly. We have moved many times before both locally and interstate. We never had such a pleasant and worry free experience. I will definitely hire Bold if we move again and try to see if we can get Rodney and Eli to help us.
