I called on a Saturday for service and was given a window between 5pm and 7pm. I received an email confirmation of the time. I called back at 6:50 and 7:36, and was told both times an email would be sent to the service office and they would call me with an update. Never happened. A call at 9 the next day gave me the same. This is no way to treat a potential customer or a way to grow a business. Of course, I will never recommend Bluefrog for any of there services to anyone.
They may be new to the richmond area but the crew they have working for them have been helping the richmond area for many of years. I just had them do a job for us last week
