I discovered this special place purely by accident whilst killing time between Real Estate clients. It really is a trove of exciting and quality products. I was greeted by Dr Watson when I entered a really cute dog that belongs to the owners. Its been a family-run company for over 40 years which is a testament to the full range of services that they deliver. Working with Mike F. and the rest of the staff at Better Floors of Bon Air, Virginia was a pleasure. We had them replace our kitchen floor and we liked it so much that we hired them to replace the laundry room floor as well. Everything happened quickly and as planned with no glitches.
