bank of america lost a $5200 payment from my on line banking. it went to the wrong credit card and now Bank of America refuses to get it back for me. the bank it went to is a warfare account that I never actiated. they aren't sending it back and leave me on hold when I call them. I thought banks are insured. when this happens. no one there knows what they are doing . they also lost $70k deposit when they closed the wrong account.

This was a horrible experience. I actually felt like the teller was racist as she was so rude to me and I had no other reason I could see why! I asked to deposit check. she took my check and said I was in the wrong bank and did I know where I was. I said, "Yes, Maam". I was pretty irritated and said I wanted to open an account. She said she could not give me any cash back. I told her I didnt need that and at this point was not wanting to open an account there. Thanked her and left. I still have that check! I will never go here again.
